Design partnerships
Help shape Phaseplane around real work.
We are looking to work with a small number of consultancies that want to explore a more structured way to understand client problems and revisit their analysis as evidence changes.
01Introduction
Begin with a conversation.
An introduction gives us room to understand your work and assess whether there is a useful fit. It is not a commitment to a pilot.
02Case working session
Then put a case in view.
If there is a fit, we can scope a working session around an appropriate case. We agree what material can be shared and what the session should help examine before bringing it into the product.
03Scoped paid pilot
Explore a scoped paid pilot.
A design partnership is a paid engagement. Scope and pricing depend on the organization, the case and the work involved. The aim is to make the collaboration useful to both sides, with a clear boundary around what is being tested and developed.
How we work
Direct collaboration, deliberately limited.
Phaseplane is currently developed and operated by a solo founder. To keep the work hands-on and useful for each organization, only a small number of design partnerships are taken on at a time.
Who it suits
A useful starting point.
You do recurring analytical work for clients, can bring an appropriate case, and are willing to examine the quality and limits of the outputs. You do not need to arrive with a complete specification of the product you want.
Let’s talk about the work you do.
Tell us a little about your consulting work and where Phaseplane might fit. The first conversation is an introduction, before any case session or pilot.
