Trust & data

Understand the data arrangements before you share a case.

For consulting work, the handling of client information needs to be clear before a pilot begins. The relevant documents and controls should be reviewed against the material and scope involved.

01Who operates Phaseplane

One company, reachable directly.

Phaseplane is developed and operated by Aurion Dynamics, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 96918756) at Cuppenpedje 10, 5961 TM Horst. Questions about data and privacy go to the same address as every other enquiry: j.kopczinski@auriondynamics.com.

02Before a pilot

The terms come before the material.

Before any client material is shared, we agree the data-handling terms for the engagement: what may be shared, what the working session should examine, and, where Aurion Dynamics would process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement.

Phaseplane is not intended for special categories of personal data or other highly sensitive information unless that has been expressly agreed.

03The website forms

Keep client material out of the forms.

The introduction and support forms are for starting a conversation or asking for help. Please do not include client documents, passwords or sensitive personal information in them. What you send is used to respond, as described in the privacy policy.

04AI-supported analysis

Outputs support your review. They do not replace it.

Phaseplane uses AI models as part of its analysis. Its outputs are analytical support: they are not established facts or decisions. You remain responsible for checking them before relying on them or sharing them with a client.

05Documents

The documents that apply today.

These documents were updated in September 2026 for the product name Phaseplane and to describe the service providers the product currently uses. For a pilot, the data-handling terms are agreed separately, as described above.

Questions about a specific case?

If your work involves particular data requirements, raise them in the first conversation. They shape how a case session or pilot is scoped.
